The Washington Examiner profiles one the most powerful lobbyists in Washington, PhRMA chief Billy Tauzin. Tauzin, a former Louisiana congressman, gained infamy when it was revealed that he was in job negotiations with PhRMA while he was writing the 2003 Medicare prescription drug overhaul in Congress.
