2) No one has been punished for ethical wrong-doing since the Democrats won back control of Congress in 2006. That could be a good accomplishment, aside from the fact that I was engaged by a less-than sober person at the bar last week about “how in the h***” Charlie Rangel is still in charge of writing tax law. Your move Congress.
