  • Coming in 2020, electronic records management: A new memorandum from the OMB and NARA aims to make federal agencies manage their records in electronic formats and designate high-ranking officials to oversee records management programs by the end of the decade. (Fed Scoop)

  • $4 million man: Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) attended 47 events in 23 days in August on his way to raising around $4 million for Republican congressional candidates. (Politico)
