  • The Center for American Progress, a major liberal think tank, revealed its donors last week. Turns out a lot of the groups money comes from major American companies. (POLITICO)

International News

  • Corruption is so common in the Armenian judiciary that judges have decided to save time and come up with a price list for their most common kick backs. Bribes are tied to the expected cost of the lawsuit involved. (FCPA Blog)
  • The Indian state of Maharashtra is trying to promote transparency using a new mobile app. It will allow citizens to access information about government resolutions and cabinet decisions. (Future GovGov)

State and Local News

  • State officials weren’t so happy with the results of a recent report from the Center for Public Integrity that found disclosure requirements for judges were severely lacking in almost every state. (Public Integrity)
