AmericaSpeaks has just released their report, Champions of Participation.

Brimming with recursive gems, the report was organized by AmericaSpeaks, themselves champions of productive dialog, and results from intensive collaboration and dialog among Government Managers and participation thinkers.

The report is heavy with government manager speak, which is entirely appropriate given the task at hand. Thinking from this report will undoubtedly influence the Open Government Directive, and the structure of government management, performance tracking, and innovation, while also reflecting a great deal of thought going on inside the government on these topics.
