Eric Mill is a web and mobile developer at the Sunlight Foundation. He built Sunlight's Congress app for Android, Politiwidgets, the Real Time Congress API, Sunlight Health, the House Staff Directory, the Congress app for Windows Phone 7, TransparencyCorps, Congrelate, the House Expenditures Database, and Billy the Wavebot.
