Sunlight Foundation

Solay Howell is the Associate Video Producer for the Sunlight Foundation. She makes videos to train journalists, citizen activists and policy wonks on tools developed by Sunlight. Her background is in reporting, photography and film. She has a MA in Film and Video from American University and a BJ in Photojournalism from University of Missouri. Prior to Sunlight she co-founded a newspaper in her hometown of Hana, Hawaii and produced a documentary. USA TODAY, the Washington Post, and the Associated Press have published her work.
