Outside groups draw more than $1 million for political races

Coloradans have donated more than $1 million to super PACs so far this election cycle, with some giving as much as $100,000 to outside groups representing Mitt Romney, Barack Obama or Stephen Colbert — a sign that all stripes of donors are funneling unlimited cash to outside groups before the feisty fight this fall.
