Where do the House and Senate disagree on the STOCK Act?

by

Just a few minutes ago, the House of Representatives passed a version of the STOCK Act that differs from the version passed by the Senate. How has it changed? We’ve done a redline of the two bills, and the results are below.

Just one caveat: I am not entirely sure if the House version I used is the final final version (that’s not a typo), but it is the most recent version available on docs.house.gov, with text updated as of 2/8/2012 at 11:34 a.m. Docs.house.gov is a newly-created transparency portal that make information available to the public much faster than THOMAS — but we won’t know if they have the same data until THOMAS updates tomorrow (at the earliest).

The base text below is the Senate version, and the additions and deletions show how the House amends that version.
