Last week, I had the pleasure to serve as a cochair to the anti-corruption and institutional integrity working group for an exchange organized in conjunction with the US Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission. Our report is embedded below.

The event, organized by IREX, brought together NGOs from the US and Russia for an exchange of ideas on a range of topics of importance for the US and Russia.

The working group I was on spent a full day talking through an anti-corruption agenda, and we covered an enormous amount of territory. This is true because of the scope of the problem, and also because of the experience and varied perspective of the participants, which included: Transparency International Russia, Transparency International USA, the Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance.
