The House Ethics Committee is holding a meeting this Thursday on the ethics charges to be filed against Rep. Charlie Rangel. These charges could include any number of the following:

1) Wrongly accepting rent-stabilized apartments in his Harlem district.

2) Changing his position on a tax loophole for an oil company that contributed $1 million to the Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service.

3) Failing to properly disclose income generated from a villa he owns in the Dominican Republic.
