• In the six months since she stepped down as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has kept a busy speech-making schedule, collecting more than $200,000 for each appearance in front of industry groups. Most of these trade groups actively lobby Congress. (Washington Post)
• Following the discovery of Jeffrey Thompson’s “shadow campaign” for D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray’s 2010 run, the federal donations of the firm he formerly ran are also being scrutinized.
