  • This one’s not setting any records: Former Maine Sen. Olympia Snowe’s PAC, Olympia’s List, reported $480 in contributions during the past six months. The PAC seeks to support centrists and consensus builders. (Roll Call)
  • In the six months since she stepped down as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has kept a busy speech-making schedule, collecting more than $200,000 for each appearance in front of industry groups. Most of these trade groups actively lobby Congress. (Washington Post)
  • Following the discovery of Jeffrey Thompson’s “shadow campaign” for D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray’s 2010 run, the federal donations of the firm he formerly ran are also being scrutinized.   • The House narrowly passed its farm bill yesterday, 216 – 208, with every Democrat voting against. The contentious bill has sharply divided industry groups as well as urban and rural lawmakers. (POLITICO)
