Transparency Matters is a new social networking site for journalists and others interested in making the U.S. government transparent. It was developed by the ever admirable VoterWatch.org, a non-partisan, non-profit that works to bring more openness to U.S. politics, because they saw the need for openness advocates to have an easy spot online to communicate with each other, to announce events, and to post ideas, photos, and videos. They have plans to add a feature that will republish blog posts dealing with government transparency from its members. Go check it out.
